I am releasing all of the stress and guilt I used to feel about food and replacing it with something positive. It isn't will power, but rather a choice to live intentionally.
Will somebody notice? Will they say something? Or worst of all, will they put me on the spot and ask me to explain? This kind of fear can really hold you back from taking a positive step.
What makes it so hard to just... begin? What is holding us back? It's a huge question for me, and one that inspired me to start this project.
